Ownership and operation

This store is owned and operated by MoonHero LLC. MoonHero LLC develops software for building and running online retail stores, and operates Redmont & Co. directly as a working reference implementation of that software.

Orders placed here are genuine commercial transactions. Payments are processed normally, orders are fulfilled, and every right you have as a customer applies in full, including those set out in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. That this store is operated by a software company affects who you are buying from, not what you are buying or what we owe you.

Products and fulfilment

Products sold by Redmont & Co. are manufactured by third parties and shipped from suppliers located outside the United States unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery estimates are given on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are handled as described in that policy.
